Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom items may require additional time based on the complexity of the design. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout and your location. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, size, and weight of your order. Shipping will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damage and Loss:

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Once the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for its safe delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Bully Decals each product is carefully created and customized upon order, ensuring a unique and personalized item every time. Due to the nature of our custom work, returns or refunds cannot be accommodated.
We kindly ask that you thoroughly review the size and color options of your selected items before placing your order to ensure they meet your needs.
Size Exchanges (Shirts Only):

We do offer size exchanges for shirts if the wrong size is ordered. To qualify for an exchange, the shirt must be unworn and in its original condition.

Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Concerns with Your Order:

If you have any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect, please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your item. We will work with you to promptly address the concern.
